President Trump Got Slammed with Another Twitter Violation
Updated: Jul 6
Twitter recently placed warnings on two of the President's tweets.
Washington D.C. - President Trump tweeted, “There will never be an ‘Autonomous Zone’ in Washington D.C.” additionally, “If they try they will be let with serious force!”, that statement violated Twitter rules. Twitter placed a warning on the President's tweet stating "This tweet violated the Twitter rules about abusive behavior. However, Twitter has determined that it may be in the public's interest for the tweet to remain accessible."
Twitter has disabled the ability to like, comment or share President Trump’s tweet. It can still be seen if you go directly to President Trump’s official twitter account and search for it.
Twitter targets the President in an attempt to censor him. At the end of May, Twitter placed a warning on another tweet of President Trump's for "glorifying violence" after he tweeted, "when the looting starts the shooting starts" in reference to sending the National Guard to Minneapolis to deal with out of control riots, arson and looting. The warning stated, "This Tweet violated the Twitter Rules about glorifying violence. However, Twitter has determined that it may be in the public’s interest for the Tweet to remain accessible."
