WW2 Veteran gets the birthday of a lifetime.

More of President Trump's promises made, promises kept.

Today in the Oval Office.

Today was a very happy birthday for WW2 Veteran Alan Jones, thanks to President Donald J. Trump.

Back in July 2018, Jones told President Trump that he had always wanted to visit the White House and he was hoping that he could do so on his 95th birthday (4/11/19). Jones said to Trump "Hopefully you will allow me to bring my family into the oval office to meet you." Not surprisingly, Trump immediately said "YES!" before Jones even finished his sentence.

This afternoon, President Trump welcomed Jones along with friends and family for a gathering in the oval office just as he had promised! It was heartwarming to say the least.

Happy Birthday indeed!

The balloons area a bit of a mystery. This was a 95th birthday, not 100th. See video here: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1116451747558502413?s=20
